How does Planar Worlds work?

As a DM, Planar worlds allows you to bring the ideas from your head to a realistic experience in under 15 minutes. If you struggle to give verbose explanations of the player's surroundings, Planar Worlds can help you bring your imagination to life.

As a player, your DM can share his screen and let you play through the fight from your character's point of view (first or third person). This lets you be more creative as you are acutely aware of what is available in your surroundings. You see a chandelier handing above the enemies heads? You know what to do ;)

How to use Planar Worlds

The current use case for this application is for the DM to create the map and set up the encounter. The DM would then share their screen through Discord, and make your inputs on your turn. Long term, I would love to have a Player app that you can request actions.

Future plans

The next step to this application is a robust set of props and procedural generation to let you design worlds elegantly and quickly. 

Afterwards, I will likely make a website where you can post your world files to share them, and download the other player's worlds to save you time when you find one you like.
